The total amount of loan funding required for the full implementation of the project is EUR 50 million, through a long-term investment loan with phased drawdowns.
First phase: securing an amount of EUR 3–10 millions
Second phase: EUR 11 million by May 2026, to finance construction works in the period May–September 2026.
Third phase: the remaining approved amount to be drawn successively, in line with the progress of construction works and certified construction situations.

URBAN PLANNING INDICATORS
The subject parcels are located within the area of the settlement Mezdo in the municipality of Žabljak, which, according to the DUP Tmajevci i Meždo (DUP Tmajevci and Meždo), are situated in a zone designated for the following uses: areas for low-density housing, areas for low-density housing with commercial activities, areas partly designated for sports and recreation, and landscape design.
On the subject cadastral parcels, the plan defines the following urban parcels: UP136 with an existing structure, UP 182-201, UP 203-211, UP 213, UP 217-227, UP 229, and UP500.
